William Henry Vingoe.
W H Vingoe was based in Penzance, Cornwall from c1856 - 1888. He is listed in Kelly’s Post Office Directory of Cornwall as working at Morrab Place, Penzance in 1856 and later at 10 Victoria Place. His collection was auctioned at the Stevens Auction Rooms, Convent Garden in 1889. Very competent taxidermist but the case and groundwork are utter rubbish. These birds will be re-cased.
